WORKING TOGETHER
What to expect
My Mission
“You don’t need more pressure — you need a clear direction and a way to stay on track.”
You weren’t built to drift through life.
At Elevate, I help men move beyond quiet stress, internal loops, and self-doubt — not by pushing harder, but by getting clear and working smarter.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to want better. You just need to be ready to get honest — and take the first step.
Who I Am
I’m not a guru, and I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck inside, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. I help men get clear on what matters, align their goals, and take meaningful action toward a life that feels truly their own.

Who I WORK WITH
I coach men who are:
- At a crossroads or life transition
- Questioning purpose, direction, or identity
- High-achieving but quietly dissatisfied
- Feeling stuck — but know they’re built for more
- Ready to be real, go deep, and do work that creates change
My coaching blends clarity, strategy, and support — but it’s not just a chat. We focus on:
- Aligning goals with values
- Understanding your core needs
- Reframing limiting beliefs
- Creating simple, repeatable routines
- Building real-world accountability
MY STORY
Stability wasn’t something I grew up with. We were always moving—new homes, new schools, never quite settled. After my parents divorced, life became even more unpredictable. They both drank, and as a kid, I often felt like I was navigating the world on my own, just trying to find
something solid to hold onto.
Then, when I was twelve, everything shifted again. I was diagnosed with leukemia. In an instant, my childhood was replaced with hospital rooms, treatments, and a level of fear I wasn’t ready for. It
made me grow up quickly—too quickly.
School was already a challenge. I’d always found it hard to keep up, but no one really understood why. I later learned I had dyslexia, but back then, it just felt like I was falling behind. Eventually, I
left school—not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t feel like I belonged there.
Somewhere along the way, I discovered martial arts. At first, it was just a way to channel all the built-up energy and emotion—but it quickly became something much deeper. Martial arts gave me structure, confidence, and a sense of control I hadn’t had before. On the mat, I wasn’t the kid with a messy past. I was focused. Disciplined. Capable.
What started as training became a way of life. I went on to build a martial arts academy from the ground up, and I’m proud of what it’s become. But even as the business grew, I found myself facing a different kind of challenge—moments of self-doubt, anxiety, and a quiet feeling of being stuck, even in success.
That’s what led me to coaching. I didn’t want to just grow a business—I wanted to grow as a person. Coaching helped me shift the way I saw myself, break through limiting beliefs, and step more fully into the man I wanted to be.
Looking back, I can now see that my adversity wasn’t a weakness—it became an asset. The instability, the illness, the setbacks—they taught me resilience, empathy, and how to lead from a place of truth. The very things that once made me feel broken became the foundation for how I help others rebuild.
Now, I help other men do the same.
I work with men who’ve been through tough times—who may have faced childhood challenges, broken families, illness, or inner battles they don’t talk about. Men who’ve pushed through, built
something, achieved success—but still feel like something’s missing.
They’re ready for the next chapter. But they’re not sure what that looks like—or how to get there.
That’s where I come in. Not with all the answers, but with the space, challenge, and guidance to help you find your own. Because your past doesn’t define you—and you don’t have to stay stuck in
a version of life that no longer fits.
You’re allowed to want more. You’re allowed to rewrite the story.
